The controller and the single aggregates are connected through plugs. Thereby it is possible to have a cheaper and quicker change of spare parts without the help of service technicians.

With AQUA-SIMPLEXturbo the daily load fluctuations can be taken up effectively. If a permanent underload appears, the purification plant can be regulated according to the adequate number of inhabitants due to the mechanical height adjustment. Consequently the system works flexibly in different load situations.

The PVC bracket for the suspension of the pump is equipped with a shackle of stainless steel. The pumps are fixed on a traverse of stainless steel. With the help of a handhold on the bracket for the suspension of the pumps every single pump can easily be taken out of the purification plant.

The pressure pipes of the pumps are telescopic. It is possible to effectuate a height adjustment of up to 55 cm.

For the operation light pumps with a plastic case (7 kg) are utilised. The vacant spherical conduit amounts to 25 mm.

The clearing system for extreme load fluctuations within short periods of time. Standard purification plants are not prepared for such loads. This is why the additionally accumulating  sewage must be buffered. The balancing reservoir must be sufficiently sized therefore so that the maximum load can be stored.

Besides the process control of the purification plant, hours of operation and error messages are also memorised. All operating data is clearly represented through the new full text display. The plug-in control panel also contains a serial interface (RS232) for the connection to the PC. The standard cable length is 15 m. Optionally 25 m, 35 m, plus extension of each 10 m.
